Lékařská robotika je oblast robotů používaných v medicíně a jejím hlavním účelem je poskytovat pomoc a rozšiřovat možnosti zdravotnického personálu. Dále se používá pro pomoc a asistenci pacientům a starším osobám, kteří jsou závislí na pomoci druhých. I když je to stále velmi mladý obor, lékařská robotika změnila způsob, jakým je medicína vnímána v posledních několika desetiletích. Díky jeho vysoké přesnosti a schopnosti pomáhat lidem je jeho potenciál obrovský. Specialisté a vývojáři se proto snaží tuto oblast dále rozšiřovat a zlepšovat. Cílem této práce je poskytnout komplexní přehled vývoje robotů používaných v medicíně, uvést konkrétní příklady robotů, které se v této oblasti používají, a vysvětlit, jak jednotliví roboti fungují a jak jsou někteří z nich naprogramováni.

Analysis of the support for students with special needs in the form of assistance during their studies at the Charles University in Prague

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyse assistance services functioning at Charles University in Prague. The results of the analysis should draw attention to strengths and weaknesses of the functioning of the service assistance at Charles University. To detect these weaknesses and strengths, semistructured interviews were used. The students and assistants (who together create this assistance) were interviewed. At the same time, also the employees of the Office for Students with Special Needs which coordinates the service assistance at Charles University were interviewed. For comparison, a similar interview was conducted with the head of the Centre for handicapped students, which provides service assistance at the University of Economics in Prague. These interviews were used to a more detailed insight into the work of assistance services at Charles University. The study analyses the functionality of the service and is attempting to define the needs to help disadvantaged students to balance study conditions. Based on the results of work defines effective form of assistance. The low level of awareness of the service and the related non-systematic underpinning of disadvantaged students and assistants would be the most important weakness to mention. Sugestion on database of sports assistance for handicaped people.

Title: Sugestion on database of sports assistance for handicaped people Objective: A suggestion to create a database of sport assistants for handicapped people. The database should reflect the needs of handicapped people as much as possible and simultaneously respect assistants' real possibilities. Methods: In our thesis we used a descriptive research method of quantitative character containing some qualitative features. The research concentrated on 2 groups "users" and "assistants" via electronic online survey. Results: We found out that most of the handicapped people do not have a person with whom they could do sport activity as often as wanted. It is a reason why they do sport less. The users are willing to pay for assistance more than expected. The assistants are obliging to provide more hours of assistance on the grounds of pay rise. The results offer sufficient amount of information to create a database of sport assistants for handicapped people. Competence of bilingual assistant

The aim is to map out the scope of the jurisdiction of a bilingual teacher's assistant competencies and compare with the statutory definition. The work is divided into three thematic sections, two are part of the theoretical and one empirical part. The first theoretical part is divided into a section dedicated to migration in the Czech lands and a section dedicated to the education of foreigners from different perspectives. The second theoretical part deals with the position of assistant teacher, competencies and in a separate section also bilingual teacher assistants. The third part is dedicated to research, under which the method of shadowing as well as through personal interviews obtained relevant data, all of which were after processing and analyzing the conclusions drawn, which were subsequently compares with the original assumption. The last part of this work is the conclusion conceived primarily as a summary of the results and knowledge gained in the research and mutual comparison in line with the aim of this work.

Determination of expectations and fulfillment of self-realization of persons with spinal cord lesion at a boating tournament

Aim of the thesis: The aim of the diploma thesis is the analysis of a questionnaire survey before and after the implementation of a boating tourist event with people with spinal cord lesions, including the formulation of recommendations for practice, which result from this survey. How to possibly eliminate discrepancies in expectations or possible barriers in the implementation of one's own action. The obtained results will point to the perception of the whole event and also to the trends in the organization of boating events for people with spinal cord injuries. I assume that my own research will reveal the potential of positive emotions and motivation of each new participant for self-realization at outdoor events. Comparison of the results of my research with research dealing with similar research topics. Methodology: theoretical-empirical work of a qualitative nature using data collection methods: semi-structured questionnaire of own design, STAI questionnaire. Attitudes of parents and teachers in the education of a pupil with a chronic disease at the 1 st stage of a regular primary school

The diploma thesis deals with the attitude of parents and teachers of pupils with chronic diseases in the attenuation of compulsory school attendance at the 1st stage of ordinary primary school. The objective of the work is to identify the problems that parents and teachers of chronically ill students encounter during the educational process. From this basis, the purpose is also to find the basis for the best possible cooperation between parents and teachers. The theoretical idea is represented by individual chronic diseases, namely asthma, cystic fibrosis, pediatric oncological diseases, type 1 diabetes mellitus and epilepsy. In addition, the legislative framework for the education of pupils with these diseases, the methodology of working with pupils with chronic diseases and a search of domestic and foreign research conducted on a similar topic are addressed. The methodological part is devoted to qualitative research, the main goal of which is to find out the attitudes of teachers and parents to the educational process of pupils suffering from the above diseases. Coping strategy in personal assistance

The work of the personal assistant is a helping profession that belongs to the profession with a risk of a high level of stres, especially in long-term exposure to inappropriate working condition that can, in the end, developed into the burnout syndrom. In the theoretical part i define personal assistance, stress, coping strategies, resistance and burnout syndrome. The practical part is based on nine interviews with personal assitants, focused on stressors, coping strategies and conditions of their work in the organization, where they are employed. I found out personal assistants considered as the most important sources of stress children problematic behavior, communication with teachers and parents. Personal assistants are struggling in their work with feelings of helplessness, frustration from the childs stagnation, with feelings of guilt for childs problem behavior. In their work they are dealing with parents in mental discomfort and with problematic communication with teachers. The most used coping strategies of personal assistants are sense of usefulness and meaning of work, social support (information and support from parents of children, support of social workers of organization and supervision), relaxation, optimism, acceptance of situation, setting of borders, self- development.
